Our Retrofit project aimed to restore the old building in order to preserve the original architecture, and also adapt it to current technology. A renovation was carried out using high-quality and super-resistant materials to keep the building a safe and bold space. We are located close to two VLT RIO stations, Santo Cristo and Gamboa Stations. The VLT RIO is the best option for those arriving in the city via Novo Rio Bus Station or Santos Dumont Airport, in addition to integrating with the Metro, providing access to several neighborhoods in the city.
