General description:
Approx. 50 m from the hotel´s own rocky beach is situated the hotel Sphinx Resort. At the beach are sun loungers and sun umbrellas free of charge. The tourist centre is about 8 km away. The town Cairo is around 500 km away. The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 3 km from the hotel. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 1 km away. The airport (HRG) is approx. 15 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (for a fee). Another airport (RMF) is located approx. 230 km away.

Amenities:
Recently renovated in 2020, the 5-storey resort has 233 rooms, and spread over one main building and 3 adjoining buildings. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 2 lifts, air conditioning, coiffeur, a mini market and various other shops. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 4 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi can be used by hotel guests for a fee. Room cleaning is free of charge. Laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

Pool:
In the outdoor area of the hotel you will find 3 fresh water pools with a children´s pool integrated into the main pool. Here, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for free available. Refreshing beverages can be consumed directly at the pool bar.

Meals:
